Back in October, Holland said This No coming home was considered “the end of a franchise”. He continued, “I think if we had the chance to dive into these characters again, you would see a very different version. It wouldn’t be the Homecoming trilogy anymore. We were giving it time and trying to build something different and change the tone of the movies. Whether that happens or not, I don’t know. But we were definitely dealing [Spider-Man No Way Home] like it was coming to an end, and I felt like it.

In an interview with QG which was released in November, the 26-year-old wondered if it was time for him to “move on” from the role, adding, “Maybe what’s best for Spider Man it’s that they’re doing a Miles Morales movie… If I play Spider-Man after I’m 30, I’ve done something wrong.
